Cancellation Policy
Ultherapy® appointments require a $200 deposit due to significant preparation time and dedicated appointment availability. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable and an additional $200 late cancellation/no-show fee will apply. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please update your appointment online or contact our team for assistance at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
