Our Store Policy

At Le Mon Aesthetics, we prioritize a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests. Our policies are as follows:

  1. No Child Policy: Children under 13 are not permitted in the spa unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

  2. No Pet Policy: To ensure a clean and hygienic atmosphere, pets are not allowed inside the spa premises. We appreciate your understanding in leaving your furry friends at home.

  3. Reservation of Right to Reject Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our spa policies or exhibits disruptive behavior that may disturb the experience of other guests.​

  4. Late Arrival & Rescheduling Policy: To provide an exceptional, seamless experience for all our guests and to respect our team's dedicated time, we kindly enforce the following policy regarding late arrivals:
    -
    Within 25 Minutes (Shortened Treatment): If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive within 25 minutes of your scheduled time, we will still gladly perform your service. However, to avoid delaying subsequent guests, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly, and the full service fee will still apply.
    - Past 30 Minutes (Rescheduling Required): If an arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, we will unfortunately not be able to proceed with your treatment today. Your appointment will be considered a Late Cancellation/No-Show, and we will require you to reschedule for another date. The $100 Rescheduling Fee: Because your specific time slot, room, and providers were fully blocked out, a $100 Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee will be applied.
    - For Treatment Package Clients: We deeply value your loyalty. Out of courtesy, we will NOT deduct a session from your pre-purchased Facial Package. You will only be responsible for the $100 fee to cover the reserved room and providers time, and your treatment session will be fully preserved for your next visit. Thank you so much for your understanding, cooperation, and mutual respect for our professional time. We look forward to providing you with the ultimate pampering experience!

  5. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy:If the appointment is no call no show within 24 hours, we will deduct the full amount. 

  6. Non-refund policy: Any purchased plans and packages will not be refunded and can only be transferred to another person for further use.

Friend Referral Program Policy

Welcome to our Spa Friend Referral Program! We're thrilled to offer you an opportunity to enjoy more of the treatments you love by sharing your spa experience with friends.

Using Store Credit for Treatments

  • Store credits earned through our referral program can be used towards any treatment offered at our spa.

  • When booking a treatment using store credit, clients will not have the option to request specific staff members. We will assign a qualified staff member who is available at the time of your booked treatment.

  • Our assignment of staff will be based on scheduling availability and is designed to ensure all clients receive timely and efficient service

Staff Assignment Policy

  • We understand the importance of consistency and familiarity when it comes to spa treatments. However, the use of store credit through the referral program is subject to certain limitations to ensure fair and efficient allocation of our resources.

  • Our staff are all highly qualified and trained to provide exceptional service, regardless of the treatment you choose. We assure you that the quality of your experience will not be compromised.

Reservation of Rights

  • We reserve the right to explain and provide further clarification on the terms of this policy, should any questions or concerns arise.

  • This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the spa management. Any changes will be communicated to all participants of the referral program in a timely manner.
