Post-care instructions
1. Avoid direct sunlight for at least a week: UV exposure can cause pigmentation issues or delay healing. Always apply sunscreen with a high SPF (35+) and wear hats or protective clothing when outdoors.
2. Hydrate your skin: Drink plenty of water and use gentle moisturizers to keep your skin hydrated. This helps aid the healing process after Helios laser toning.
Avoid harsh skincare products: Steer clear of products containing retinoids, AHAs, or BHAs as they can irritate sensitive skin post-treatment.
3. Refrain from strenuous activities for 48 hours: Avoid activities that cause sweating, as this can irritate the skin. Stay away from hot showers, saunas, and steam rooms to prevent redness and irritation.
4. Do not exfoliate for at least a week: Scrubbing too soon can damage the treated skin and slow recovery. Use cool compresses if you experience redness or swelling.
