Consultation for Radiesse® / Belotero®
A mandatory consultation is required before the injection to determine the personalized service plan
Service Description
A $100 non-refundable fee is required to secure your consultation. This fee will be fully credited toward your Radiesse/Belotero injection treatment. Treatment Pricing: Radiesse®-Starting at $850 per syringe. Belotero®-Starting at $650 per syringe. Final Payment: The remaining balance for your treatment (total cost minus your $100 credit) will be collected at the clinic following your session with RN Dillon.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be fully credited toward your final treatment cost. If any of above time doesn't work, pls call 408-581-9288 to book. To cancel or reschedule, pls contact us at least 2 days in advance. If the appointment is no call no show within 24 hours, we will deduct the full amount.
