To provide the highest level of service and reserve dedicated appointment time for each guest, we kindly ask that you provide advance notice for any appointment changes. • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment online or contact our team for assistance at least 24 hours in advance. • A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment and will be securely stored on file. • Late cancellations, rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-call/no-show appointments will be subject to a $100 late cancellation or no-show fee, charged to the card on file. • Appointments arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation. A $100 late cancellation fee will apply, and your package session will remain available and will not be deducted from your package.
