Ultherapy® appointments require a $200 deposit due to significant preparation time and dedicated appointment availability. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the Ultherapy appointment time, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable and an additional $200 late cancellation/no-show fee will apply.
